Welcome to the Eastern Randolph HS Career Center!
I am Lora Hill, the Career Development Coordinator at ERHS. The mission of the Career Development Center at Eastern Randolph High School is to provide guidance and resources to students that will assist them in their plans beyond high school in furthering their education and/or en tering into the workforce.
I am responsible for coordinating career development services for all students and for establishing and maintaining business/education partnerships that support the school system's mission and our school's School Improvement Plan. I serve all students by communicating with the school staff, business/industry representatives, postsecondary educational personnel, parents, and civic and community organizations.
Our counseling staff is well-equipped to assist students in searching and planning for careers in all sixteen national career clusters. Students may receive services through scheduled classroom lessons, small group sessions, and individual sessions.

- Resume and Cover Letter Writing
- Job Interview Practice
- Military Careers Information
- Job Shadowing and Internship Information
Students may come by and sign up at my door for an appointment.
